IAG to Buy Remaining Stake in Air Europa

IAG has agreed to pay 400 million euros for the remaining 80% stake in Air Europa. The company Air Europa will remain with the name but be manages by Iberia. Currently Air Europa’s fleet is comprised of 50 aircraft, Boeing 787 and Boeing 737s, with 15 additional on order. This move will help IAG to expand in the Latin American and Asian market.
