SAS A320neo Hits Vehicle During Taxi

An Airbus A320-251N operated by SAS Scandinavian Airlines, on behalf of SAS Connect, was involved in a ground incident at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport on Friday, 19 December 2025, shortly after pushback.

The aircraft, EI-SIL, was operating flight SK1707 from Helsinki (HEL) to Copenhagen (CPH). While taxiing after pushback from gate 19, the aircraft collided with a vehicle on the apron.

No injuries were reported among passengers, crew, or ground personnel. The extent of aircraft damage remains unclear at this stage.
