IndiGo Flight with no Air Conditioning

On a recent domestic IndiGo flight between Chandigarh to Jaipur, the air conditioner was off during the entire flight and on the ground. If the air condition was broken or just left off is still unclear. Flight attendants provided passengers tissues to wipe their sweat.
